Established in 2007, Midcoast Fishermen's Cooperative created the first Community Supported Fishery program in New England.  Port Clyde Fresh Catch seafood is harvested by the last fleet of groundfishermen between Portland, Maine and the Canadian border. The cooperative's fishermen harvest their catch using environmentally sustainable fishing methods that reduce by-catch, habitat impact and fossil-fuel consumption. Seafood orders are then custom cut to meet customer specifications in our Port Clyde-based, HAACP-certified processing facility before delivery or shipping.

Would you like to enjoy delicious, fresh Maine shrimp this winter?

Shrimp subscriptions will begin the week of December 20th and run for 12 weeks. Customers can sign up for a subscription of any length, and at anytime during the subscription period. Subscriptions can also be shipped by mail to your location for a reasonable price.

CSF shrimp subscription pricing (3 lb minimum order per week):
Raw picked shrimp meat: $5/lb
Cooked picked shrimp meat: $6/lb

Wild-caught Maine Fish

Your weekly share of our fishermen's catch will consist of Maine shrimp in the winter and a variety of haddock, cod, flounder, hake, dabs, grey sole, monkfish, pollock, and redfish during the summer months. Lobsters, crabs, lobster meat and crabmeat are also available seasonally—contact us for details.

 

Winter Shrimp CSF Subscription Options

Half-share: 3 lbs of raw picked shrimp meat: $15 per week

Cooked Half-share: 3 lbs of cooked picked shrimp meat: $18 per week

Full share: 6 lbs of raw picked shrimp meat per week: $30 per week

Cooked Full share of picked shrimp: 6 lbs of cooked picked shrimp meat per week: $36 per week
