Written Testimony to US Senate for Fish Bill Reauthorization

In October 2017 we submitted this written testimony to the U.S. Senate as part of their public comment period for the Magnuson Stevens Fishery Management and Conservation Act Reauthorization. We call attention to issues surrounding Catch Share policy, democratic empowerment, and non fishing impacts like climate change.
