The chefs of Harvest Kitchen and Island House Jamaican Fusion will be preparing their dishes to a panel of judges: Jim Nellis of RI Food Fights, Maureen Pothier of Johnson & Wales, Jonathan Cambra of Roger Williams University, in hopes to get a perfect score. The dishes will be judged by 4 categories- the Use of the Whole Animal (10pts), the Taste factor (10pts), the Presentation (5pts), and the Originality (5pts). Once the judges have tasted the dishes you will be able to taste and judge for yourself. So come early and get your tasting ticket and help us create a demand in your local market for this amazing species.
