Come join us as the smells, the tastes, and the community spirit flows through the air! Two chefs will be supplied with a mystery fish, caught locally and distributed by Red’s Best of Boston. Nobody knows what the secret seafood is until we unveil in front of a live audience. Once the chefs know what seafood they will be using,they are given 15 minutes to go shopping at the farmers market for the rest of their fresh local ingredients.

The creativity then begins! The chefs creations will be judged by a panel of people in the community. Once the judging takes place the chefs share their creation with the audience by offering tasting dishes. You can register for a free tasting at any time during the event, earlier the better because we only can only offer 50 tastings in all and the sign up goes quickly…See you there!
