Then the aroma begins! They fillet, and saute’ filling the air with abundant smells.

Then the aroma begins! They fillet, and saute’ filling the air with abundant smells. Once the chefs have created their dishes their creations will be judged by a local panel of Rockport residences. Then its your turn to taste what you have been smelling all along. Samples will be given out, please get there early so you can be in the front row to see the transformation of local seafood.
