The Rockport Town Select People, will be judging these creations. Plus there will be tastings for the audience to judge for yourself on which of these local chefs won over your senses. See, Smell, Taste, and possibly even Touch a seafood creature at this GREAT EVENT!
There also will be a Fillet Demo for you to witness and learn how to do it yourself when it comes to getting the most out of the WHOLE FISH.
