Angelica is NAMA’s Executive & Operations Assistant, managing operations for both NAMA and our sister organization, the National Family Farm Coalition (NFFC).

Angelica Delacruz is a 1st generation Black, queer immigrant raised in the South Bronx. She has more than 10 years of experience working with non-profit and social justice organizations bringing a racial, gender, and queer lens to work policies and practices.

Throughout her career, Angelica has worked alongside directly-impacted communities creating radical change through policy, relationship building, community organizing, and leadership development.

Angelica brings a loving and grounded presence, joy and deep insight to any space that she enters. She is a gatherer of her people, a joy feeder, a transformer because she transforms any environment she's in, an active participant in creating a better world, and a radical lover.
