As NAMA's Content Strategist, Hamida supports the communications team with strategy, media relations, content development, and web management.

A catalyst for change at her core, Hamida has spent over a decade amplifying worthwhile causes ranging from environmental justice to educational equity. Her career began in Philly, where she cut her teeth as a hip hop journalist at City Paper before transitioning to nonprofit arts marketing. Over time, she has built a reputation as a nimble communicator, excelling in roles as a copywriter, marketing strategist, multimedia journalist, and language educator.

With an MA in International Training and Education, Hamida embraces lifelong learning and cultural exchange. In her spare time, she teaches samba dance to build community and spark social good, merging rhythm with purpose. She also enjoys biking around Atlanta with her spouse, spying on birds, and ranting to her cat about global injustice.
