Meghan Stratton

Executive Assistant

Pronouns: she/her

Meg (she/her) spent the early part of her career building a district-wide Farm to School and school garden program in Gloucester, MA, after two terms as a FoodCorps service member.

She is currently pursuing a Masters of Public Administration program at the University of Massachusetts Boston to pursue her commitment to equitable food and land polocy. Her research is focused on racial disparity in land ownership, rural progressive activism, and the growing sector of queer farmers and food producers. Working within the shared leadership model of NFFC and the North American Marine Alliance (NAMA), she hopes to learn more about the strength of coalition work in building a policy framework to support food sovereignty.
